Both adults and children will love this easy, sweet smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup ice
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons natural honey, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup blueberries, thawed
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
Directions:

Blend the banana, ice, yogurt, honey and vanilla together until the banana is well blended. Add the strawberries and blueberries and blend on low speed for 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour into clear glasses and serve cold.
