I love Cucumber and Yogurt Salad so much that I often eat it for breakfast.

Ingredients:

3 cups plain whole yogurt, drained well
6 small cucumbers, diced and drained
1 tablespoon dried mint, if desired
Salt, to taste
Preparation:

Place yogurt in a medium-size bowl. Add cucumbers, and stir. Add dried mint, and season with salt to taste. Serve immediately to prevent salad from becoming runny.
