Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 1/3 cup baby spinach
1 1/3 cup shredded radicchio
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:

Combine romaine, baby spinach, and radicchio in a large salad bowl. Place olive oil in a small bowl. Vigorously whisk in balsamic vinegar until dressing is incorporated and thick. Season with salt and pepper and pour over dressing.
