30-Day Mediterranean Lifestyle Contest Criteria
1. Follow @amyriolo, @ForDummies, and @DITALIA1997 on Twitter.
2. Tweet pictures of the following and tag @amyriolo (you do not need to be in the picture) as often as possible:
• cooking a meal for yourself and/or family
• cooking with others • buying organic groceries
• eating with others • visiting a farm or food festival
• learning a new recipe • teaching someone a new recipe
• bringing or making a healthy lunch
• using extra virgin olive oil
• shopping at a farmers’ market
• enjoying healthful foods
• eating fruit for dessert
• starting or maintaining a healthful eating ritual with others
• eating and enjoying food with others
• stocking a pantry with healthy Mediterranean options
How the contest works (Open to US residents only):
1. Each week (on Friday) one weekly winner will be chosen.
2. The person who posts the most qualifying pictures (from the list of suggestions above) during the week will win.
